Project 1 - at BMW - 2012

Development of electric mobility

In this project I was responsible for the commissioning of new software versions. I analyzed and fixed errors in the software and control units of electric drive test benches and electric vehicles. At the beginning of my job, my main task was to completely set up the electric drive test bench, including all control units and the drive train. The aim was to ensure high-voltage readiness and readiness to drive and to produce a rotating shaft.

Project 2 - at BMW - 2013

Requirements management

With my in-depth knowledge, I was commissioned to write the specifications for high-voltage power management. In this process, I worked closely with the function developer from BMW and the software developer from BOSCH. After clarifying the functions and checking their programmability, I documented these as requirements in the specifications.

Project 3 - at BMW - 2014

Analysis of power electronics

In my third project, my focus was on analyzing defective power electronics from series and development electric vehicles. Every piece of power electronics, regardless of its condition, passed through my quality control. Finally, I created a detailed analysis report, which I forwarded to various development departments. This ensured that findings about errors and the quality of the power electronics are incorporated into future development and production processes.

Project 4 - at Audi - 2015

Test case specification for the development of electronically controlled all-wheel drive transmissions
Hardware in the Loop (HiL)

My tasks included creating test cases in DOORS and executing these test cases on HiL to check the written specifications.

Project 5 - at AUDI - 2016

Test automation for engine electronics
Hardware in the Loop (HiL)

Responsible for implementing and executing automated tests on HiLs.

Project 6 - at BMW - 2017 to 2018

Programming of rest bus simulation with Matlab/Simulink for HiL

The rest bus simulations for HiL were programmed using Matlab/Simulink. It was then checked whether these rest bus simulations worked perfectly on the HiL in combination with the corresponding control units and software from BMW.

Project 7 - at CSA - 2019 to 2020

High-voltage safety electromobility

Issuing charging and driving approvals for BMW electric vehicles in accordance with the norms and standards regarding high-voltage safety.

Project 8 - at MAN - 2021

System responsible for
powertrain-functions

The powertrain functions were maintained up to SoP.

My main tasks included the development of test concepts and the creation of detailed test specifications. I also carried out tests and was significantly involved in the development of test automation on the HiL test benches. A significant part of my work also consisted of analyzing and documenting test results, including the management of errors.

Project 9 - at Deutsche Bahn - 2022

Planning engineer for
control and safety technology

Signals, switches, signal boxes and train control systems were designed using AutoCAD and ProSig. In addition, calculations were carried out to influence the signal cables as part of the planning.
